Our sensei, Kyoshi Ricky Constantine, 7th
Dan, has a passion for the martial arts and has devoted over 40 years to Wado Ryu Karate.
Kyoshi Ricky is recognised as a master in his own right and has achieved the highest awards including National, International & European champion.

Ashin-do Kai practice Wado Ryu karate at the highest level. Kyoshi Ricky was taught by
Master Tatsu Suzuki from 1967. Suzuki was a very respected and honourable instructor and is a legend in Wado Ryu. Suzuki taught Wado Ryu in the traditional Japanese way
and introduced Wado-Ryu across Europe. Sensei Ricky is one
of the few champions that also trained under the the Grand
Master Hironori Ohtsuka - founder of Wadi-Ryu in Japan - a
lifetime of dedication that Kyoshi Ricky is now passing onto his students.
Kyoshi Ricky has also studied other forms
of Martial Arts to a high level, attaining 1st Dan Black
Belt in both Judo and Bo-Jitsu [a traditional form of
oriental fighting with 6ft long sticks] |
