WELCOME
Ashin-do Kai - "School of the Way of the Spirit"
Welcome to the Ashin-do Kai website and club. Established now
for over 30 years, Ashin-do Kai is a leading club on local, national and
international circuits.
We run classes for both adults and children, with skill
levels ranging from the absolute beginner to advanced international champion
level. Classes are held at David Lloyd Leisure in North Finchley.
"Karate can help in so many areas of your life - your health,
fitness, mind and body."
As well as the obvious physical benefits, Karate can give you
the confidence of knowing that you can defend yourself should the need arise. So
